We look forward to an international airport but we need the fuel for all that, it is still coming back to hunt us and we even store fuel. We can do away with vehicles that use fuel and not welcome too much air and sea transport then we will have a clean pollution free island. Never in my wildest dreams, the oil refinery acts as a saviour for Dominica and the Caribbean. We are really considers all options for alternative energy. And what we are think: Solar energy panels is too expensive wind energy is better, but we need to select the most effective construction.
